I am an assistant professor at Hunan University. I earned my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from National University of Defense Technology. Previously, I was a research assistant at the School of Computing in National University of Singapore, and a senior research engineer at the Secure Mobile Centre in Singapore Management University. I have been carrying out some interesting research projects with Prof. Xuhua Ding, Prof. Prateek Saxena, Prof. Shweta Shinde, and Prof. Zhiping Cai.

My current research interests include trusted computing, system security, and hardware-assisted security. I love extensively exploring TEE security problems and designing and building prototype systems with hardware-assisted primitives on x86 / ARM / RISC-V platforms to run unmodified applications, do presence attestation, and so on. I am now working on the security of asynchronous exception handling and the concurrency problems (e.g., data race, atomicity violation) in SGX enclaves and RISC-V TEEs.
